TGIF- When Changes Come

This week I was informed that some major changes were coming in my life. My job site is moving to a new location changing my commute, two of my favorite coworkers are leaving for other jobs, and my responsibilities at work will be expanding for several months. None of these are bad things but when they shake up your comfort zone it does take some getting used to.

Life happens and we have to adjust to those changes. Some will be hard to accept, others will be very easy. As people of God, we need to take a deep breath, pray and move forward into our new season of life, grateful that our God is always at work in lives to bless us and to help us grow into the image of his son. A grateful person will always have a good attitude and hopefully impact those around them in a positive way.

Here is a reminder from Gods word about the seasons of our lives. I love Gods truths revealed here. May God help me to be faithful in this new season of life.

To everything, there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:

A time to be born,
And a time to die;
A time to plant,
And a time to pluck what is planted;
A time to kill,
And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
And a time to build up;
A time to weep,
And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
And a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain,
And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
And a time to throw away;
A time to tear,
And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
And a time to speak;
A time to love,
And a time to hate;
A time of war,
And a time of peace.
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8

In Jesus name, amen.
